Our Principals
Robert N. Siebert
Co-Founder & Managing Principal
Lieutenant Colonel (Retired) Bob Siebert retired from the US Army Reserve in 2010 after more than 28 years of service that is combined with an extensive background in commercial operations and Logistics business management. Since 2005, he has worked extensively in overseas conflict prone areas in the Middle East, Sub-Sahara Africa and South East Asia, providing expeditionary program & project management, logistics, and training and advisory services.
Gene Mundy
Co-Founder & Principal
Lieutenant Colonel (Retired) Gene Mundy retired from the US Army in 2008 after 24 years of service rising from the rank of Private to Lieutenant Colonel. Since retirement, he has worked extensively in management, logistics, operations and business development positions focused on service delivery in expeditionary and contingency markets such as South East Asia and Africa.

Since 2005, he has worked extensively in overseas conflict prone areas in the Middle East, Africa and South East Asia, providing program & project mgt, logistics, and training and advisory services. He currently serves as a board member of the American Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines, and is a member of the Subic Bay Yacht Club, and Subic International Golf Club.

David K. Lowe
Chief Technology & Compliance Officer
Dave is an experienced IT and operations project management professional with more than forty years of experience leading information technology and technical project management programs for global government services providers and organizations within the Dept. of Defense in the Middle East and S.E. Asia. He is skilled in emergency/ contingency response, environmental safety and health management and maritime operations. Dave is a USCG Master Captain, PADI Divemaster, and is a Six-Sigma Greenbelt and Lean Practitioner.
Dannyline Godinez
Director, Finance, MBA
"Dhanie" Godinez holds a BS in Business Administration and an MBA from Columban College. Dhanie has worked for CPI and it's affiliates since 2017 and her roles have included Human Resources, and Procurement and Logistics. She developed and managed both personnel and vendor databases and developed company policies, form templates, training materials, and file management design. She has also managed quotation requests and proposals and currently works closely with CPI Principals regarding financial structuring and management, investment and procurement strategies, and international affiliate coordination.
Les Lunceford
Special Projects Consultant
Les is a highly accomplished executive and retired United States Marine Corps Field Grade Officer with over a decade of experience managing complex programs in challenging environments, to include with the Saudi Royal Air Force in Saudi Arabia, managing USG security contracts in Afghanistan, and as the Country Manager for SKA - International in Somalia and in East Africa. Les is a published author of leadership and management books, and has an extensive background in business development, planning, operations, crisis mgt, contract compliance, DCMA audits and inspections.
Juvelyn C. Razon
Director, Support Operations
"Juvie" Razon has a formal education in accounting and has extensive professional experience in the areas of budgeting, planning & analysis, procurement, financial planning and management. She also has a professional background with import/ export processes, logistics support and procurement procedures. In addition to the above noted skill areas, Juvie is also in the forefront of CPI Asia's marketing and business coordination activities throughout South East Asia. Juvy is a current member and former President of the Subic Pearl, Philippines Rotary Club.
Charles Wentworth
Special Projects Consultant
Charles "Chuck" Wentworth is a retired United States Marine Corps Field Grade Artillery Officer that began his military career as an enlisted soldier. His roles included artillery leadership positions, as well as directed energy weapons systems development and as part of the Joint Electronic Warfare Center. Chuck has previously owned and managed government contracting small businesses in addition to working for multiple large US government contracting companies, and has extensive experience in the Middle East. Chuck has an extensive background in military acquisition, logistics and project mgt.
