Our Principals
Robert N. Siebert
Co-Founder & Managing Principal
Lieutenant Colonel (Retired) Bob Siebert retired from the US Army Reserve in 2010 after more than 28 years of service that is combined with an extensive background in commercial operations and Logistics business management. Since 2005, he has worked extensively in overseas conflict prone areas in the Middle East, Sub-Sahara Africa and South East Asia, providing expeditionary program & project management, logistics, and training and advisory services.
Gene Mundy
Co-Founder & Principal
Lieutenant Colonel (Retired) Gene Mundy retired from the US Army in 2008 after 24 years of service rising from the rank of Private to Lieutenant Colonel. Since retirement, he has worked extensively in management, logistics, operations and business development positions focused on service delivery in expeditionary and contingency markets such as South East Asia and Africa.

Alan D. Rosenbaum
General Counsel
Colonel (Retired) Alan Rosenbaum retired from the US Army Reserve in 2005 with 30 years of service as a combat arms officer and is a War College graduate. Mr. Rosenbaum spent 23 years in private law practice and currently serves as an Assistant City Attorney in Lawton Oklahoma along with his responsibilities associated with CPI. He has also managed contracting programs in a multitude of austere environments in the Middle East and Africa.
Chantil Minton BSN, RN
Partner - Director, Marketing & Medical Logistics
Mrs. Chantil Minton retired form the US Army as a Major in 2018 after having started her career as an enlisted soldier. She holds a Masters in Science in Nursing and throughout her career to date has served as a Combat Lifesaver, Clinical Staff Nurse and Supervisor, Personal Health Nurse/ Case Manager and RN Program Director for the Veterans Administration. Chantil currently directs CPI's marketing and Medical Logistics efforts internationally.
David K. Lowe
Chief Technology & Compliance Officer
Dave Lowe is an experienced technical project and program manager and has worked extensively in the Middle East and Asia for multiple US companies, to include the Philippines. He has an information technology management and technical writing background and served for many years in the US Coast Guard Auxiliary in a multitude of operational and training roles. Dave is also a Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean Six Sigma Practitioner.
Charles Wentworth
Operations Manager
Charles "Chuck" Wentworth is a retired United States Marine Corps Field Grade Artillery Officer that began his military career as an enlisted soldier. His roles included artillery leadership positions, as well as directed energy weapons systems development and as part of the Joint Electronic Warfare Center. Chuck has previously owned and managed government contracting small businesses in addition to working for multiple large US government contracting companies, and has extensive experience in the Middle East. Chuck has an extensive background in military acquisition, logistics and project mgt.
